Apr. 11—Looking for something to do with your family this weekend? Check out these activities around the Valley:

1. The Lewisburg Children's Museum, 815 Market St., is holding its monthly Sensory Friendly Family Night on Friday from 4 to 7 p.m. The event, sponsored by the Greater Susquehanna United Way, is designed for children with autism spectrum or sensory processing disorders. The museum will limit capacity, turn down sounds and lights and have adaptive equipment for a safe and fun experience. The program is free, but registration is required. 2. Head over to Bucknell University, Lewisburg, for the Spring Mainstage production of "The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee" at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, Saturday and Monday and 2 p.m. on Sunday. The musical tells the tale of a fierce spelling contest at the Putnam Valley Middle School and the six students who share their quirks and backstory with the audience. 3. The Child Evangelism Fellowship of Snyder and Union Counties will host a festival rain or shine Saturday at the New Hope Baptist Church, 8709 US-522, Middleburg, from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. There will be fun games, prizes, free food and the MCF Puppet Team. All are invited to attend, but the event is geared toward children aged 5 to 12 years old.

4. The COOL Bus will be at Kidsgrove, 241 W. Sassafras St., Selinsgrove, at 2 p.m. on Sunday to help with an early World Art Day celebration. The free event encourages kids to learn, make and create something new. Stations will be set up for bracelet making, weaving on a traveling loom, painting, sculpting and a maker space with recycled art. Learn more at Mama T's Homestead on Facebook.

5. Former "America's Got Talent" contestant iLuminate will bring its unusual attraction to Commonwealth University — Bloomsburg on Sunday at 7:30 p.m. The show will be held at the Haas Center for the Arts. ILuminate is a company based on the fusion of technology and dance. This distinct intermix will reawaken an audiences' senses and imagination. The company is a diverse team of experts and together we create a visual experience unlike anything most have ever seen. Tickets are $20 for the general public, $15 for audiences younger than 18 and senior citizens.
