The first women’s off-road navigation rally raid in the United States
The Rebelle Rally is an intense 2,000 plus kilometer off-roading navigation rally raid across the Nevada and California deserts. The challenge puts competitors’ navigation skills to the test over 8 days of grueling off-road competition. Teams of two women venture off into the desert with either a modified or stock off-roading capable car. The next Rebelle Rally will be held on October 7th to the 16th, 2021. Transcript: The Rebelle Rally is the first women’s off-road navigation rally raid in the U.S. It’s an intense competition that blends the challenges of driving with precise navigation. The Rebelle tests your skills over 8 days of competition. It’s not a race for speed, but an event based on hidden checkpoints, time, and distance using maps. Covering more than 2,000 kilometers across the Nevada and California desert. Competitors are required to hit certain checkpoints to increase their score. Teams of 2 women can use either a modified or stock car equipped with tools that will help them navigate the harsh terrain. Their survival skills and teamwork are put to the test as they reach the last checkpoint. 2020 winners were Kaleigh Miller and Teralin Petereit with 1,427 points they used a 2020 Jeep Wrangler. The next Rebelle Rally will be held on October 7 - 16th, 2021.
