Fire Trucks Travel to Scene of Fatal Train Derailment in Hualien

Dozens of people were found “without signs of life” following a train derailment in a tunnel near Hualien, Taiwan, on April 2, according to a local fire department reports citing authorities.

The fire department of Taiwan’s interior ministry said the train had been carrying 350 passengers. Thirty-six people had been found without signs of life, the fire department said initially.
