Finneas O’Connell made history at the 2024 Oscars — and his girlfriend Claudia Sulewski stepped out to support him!

After the songwriter/producer, 26, and his sister Billie Eilish took home the trophy for Best Original Song for their track “What Was I Made For?” from Barbie — becoming the two youngest two-time winners in Oscars history — he and his longtime girlfriend, 28, celebrated the occasion by attending the Vanity Fair afterparty.

The couple, who have been dating for over five years, walked the red carpet together at the event in Los Angeles on Sunday night.

The Grammy winner and YouTuber posed next to one another, with O’Connell wrapping his arm around Sulewski’s back. They appeared to be all smiles in several shots, as the singer-songwriter showed off his trophy.

Sulewski wore a chic black dress with a menswear-inspired halter neckline that resembled a tuxedo and plunged in both the front and back. O’Connell, meanwhile, matched in a shiny, black satin suit with a black t-shirt underneath.

Earlier during the 96th annual Academy Awards, the musician and his sister/collaborator, 22, performed their hit song from Greta Gerwig’s blockbuster Barbie, which was up for a total of six awards. The stage was adorned in pink while O’Connell played the song at the piano and Eilish gave a simple yet stunning performance, moving several members of the movie’s cast like America Ferrera and Kate McKinnon and its writer/director, 40, to tears.

“What Was I Made For?” was nominated alongside fellow Barbie track “I’m Just Ken,” as well as “The Fire Inside” from Flamin’ Hot, “It Never Went Away” from American Symphony, and "Wahzhazhe (A Song for My People)" from Killers of the Flower Moon.

When the sibling duo accepted their trophy, Eilish gave sweet shout-outs to the team behind Barbie, her friend that she played dolls with growing up and several of her teachers. The pop star added, “I'm so grateful for this song and this movie and the way that it made me feel, and this goes out to everyone who was affected by the movie and how incredible it is."

O’Connell and Sulewski have stepped out to attend the Academy Awards together in the past, including in 2022, when he and Eilish won their first Oscar for “No Time to Die” from the James Bond movie of the same name.

Earlier this year, the actress also accompanied her beau to the 2024 Grammys, among other events.

The pair first met in 2018 on a dating app and have remained tight knit ever since. In 2019, the couple bought a house and moved in together and they have even collaborated on projects over the years, like the hitmaker’s music video for the 2022 song "Mona Lisa, Mona Lisa," which Sulewski directed and starred in.
