The much-anticipated C-drama Fighting for Love has released a trailer teasing the funny titbits of the drama. The drama features Zhang Tian’ai and Zhang Haowei in the lead roles. The original broadcasting network of the drama is iQIYI. The directors of the drama are Jacob Cheung and Tian Shaobo, while Yang Hong Wei and Liu Cheng Long have written it.

Fighting for Love tells the story of A Mai (Zhang Tian’ai), a female warrior who dresses up in battle armor and has rejected femininity and youth. She dresses up as a man to seek revenge for her murdered family members. She saves Shang Yi Zhi (Zhang Haowei) and later assists him when a war breaks out.

The trailer shows A Mai dressed up as a male soldier. She cheats during gambling, and people take her to the royal court. Even though Shang Yi Zhi (Zhang Haowei) treats her like an ordinary person at first, his attitude completely changes once he realizes how beautiful she is. Then, he tries hard to impress her. A Mai, on the other hand, does not care for romance. However, she saves him from an assassin attack. Soon after, she joins the army and goes to war, where she does not get along with Cheng Yu Qing (Wang Rui Chang), a commander of the enemy forces. Will she be able to defend her army?
