Festival of Trees features holiday tree gallery, rooms from Santa's Castle, reindeer, more
If you seek inspiration for decorating your Christmas tree, the Festival of Trees is a great place to get ideas.
This annual event put on by AHN Saint Vincent features a gallery with dozens of holiday trees decorated by local artists. Taking place the weekend after Thanksgiving, it's also a fun way to celebrate the holiday season, organizers said.
What will be at Festival of Trees?
This year's Gallery of Trees will feature more than 80 entries. Visitors can vote for their favorites, with the winner to be announced Nov. 27. A tree auction will also be held. People will be able to bid for trees at the event or online at https://23Festival.givesmart.com.
Other events include live reindeer daily from noon to 5 p.m., holiday displays and rooms from Santa's Castle, live local entertainment, vendors and a Teddy Bear Clinic at which families can have a stuffed toy examined by AHN Saint Vincent Hospital's team of teddy bear specialists before it travels home with them.
