Will Ferrell Steps Out Post-Car Wreck to Hype ‘Holmes and Watson’

Will Ferrell is on the mend and hyping his latest comedy.

At the Monday night opening gala of CinemaCon 2018 in Las Vegas, the annual convention of movie exhibitors, Ferrell stepped out belting Celina Dion’s “My Heart Will Go On,” a nod to the forum at Caesar’s Palace Hotel and Casino.

Not only did Ferrell seem in perfect spirits after being involved in a serious auto wreck last week, he said he won $50,000 playing roulette in the hour he spent wandering the floor.

Ferrell also introduced a sizzle reel for his latest collaboration with frequent costar John C. Reilly — a slapstick take on Sherlock Holmes called “Holmes & Watson.”

Etan Cohen directs the men and costars like Ralph Fiennes and Rebecca Hall. The film hits theaters this Christmas.
