Will Ferrell and Molly Shannon get ready for the Royal Wedding
Will Ferrell and Molly Shannon joined The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon as everyone’s favorite fake commentators, Cord Hosenbeck and Tish Cattigan. Cord and Tish are best known for their quirky, off-the-cuff coverage of the Rose Parade for Funny Or Die and Amazon Prime. Now they’re going to be covering the Royal Wedding between Prince Harry and Meghan Markle live for HBO on Saturday. Ferrell and Shannon stayed in character for the most part, other than when Ferrell tried his best to hold back laughter, which in turn made Fallon unable to hold back his laughter and conduct the interview. For their research, it seems the majority of it may have been watching the Lifetime movie about Harry and Meghan, which they absolutely gushed about. And instead of buying the happy couple a wedding gift, Cord and Tish gave them the gift of song. After the interview, they sang a duet capped off by a sweet sax solo.
