You've got intriguing concerts to consider this February in western Pennsylvania.

From rising country star Riley Green, to jamgrass stalwarts Greensky Bluegrass, and pop-rockers Plain White T's singing "Hey There, Delilah," to Jo Koy hoping to rebound from a rough night hosting the Golden Globes, there are reasons to get off the couch and go see a show.
