Father John Misty Responds to Ryan Adams: 'I Hope He's OK'

Father John Misty recently sat down with NME for an interview, during which he briefly addressed Ryan Adams’ recent Twitter insults towards him. Adams called Josh Tillman “the most self-important asshole on earth” in a since-deleted tweet before he issued a public apology. When asked about it, Tillman said, “God only knows where that came from... I don’t know where that came from. I really don’t. He used to text me a lot. I hope he’s OK.” Elsewhere in the brief chat, Tillman gave his opinion on Mac DeMarco (“He’s just a sweet guy. I love that new record”) and said that the follow-up to his most recent album Pure Comedy is “pretty much done.” Check out the full thing below.
