'Fast and Furious' Star John Cena May Have Just Teased a WWE Comeback

John Cena appears to have teased that he could be making a comeback to WWE, with the professional wrestler and actor sharing a very cryptic Instagram post.
Cena's last match was at WrestleMania 36 in February 2020 against 'The Fiend' Bray Wyatt, which he lost after seemingly announcing his retirement from the world of professional wrestling.
Cena has now sparked rumors that he could be on his way back to the WWE ring after he shared an image of the WWE logo on Instagram, with no explanatory caption.

Fans reacted to his mysterious post with excitement, with his followers leaving comments such as "we want Cena," "Is your time now?" and "RETURN?".
Of course, it's worth noting that Cena has been known to be a bit of a prankster when it comes to this sort of thing, so his post isn't definitely an indication that he's planning on making a WWE comeback, but it's certainly got fans talking.
Even the WWE on BT Sport Twitter account has got involved, directly asking Cena to "come home."
Cena made his professional wrestling debut in 1999 and has since branched out into acting, having already starred in movies such as Bumblebee, Daddy's Home and Dolittle.
He has two more major roles lined up this year, as he'll be playing Peacemaker in DC anti-hero movie The Suicide Squad and villainous Jakob Toretto – the brother of Vin Diesel's Dom Toretto – in the latest Fast and Furious movie, F9.
Not only that, but Peacemaker, who Cena himself has described as "like a douchey Captain America" who doesn't care how many people he has to kill to achieve peace, is set to get his own spin-off show on HBO Max.
At this rate, he won't have time to return to WWE...
Cena's mysterious post follows his fellow former WWE star-turned-actor Dave Bautista's comments that he would personally never go back to wrestling now, explaining that he doesn't want to detract from his "storybook" exit.
