Angie's Prime Grill, the newest restaurant from the creators of Salad & Go and Angie's Lobster, is expanding in metro Phoenix.

The restaurant serves steak and seafood in a bowl, burrito or salad at affordable prices comparable with fast food. The first location debuted in north Phoenix in October.

The expansion will turn several existing Angie's Lobster locations into combination restaurants with Angie's Prime Grill so guests can order Angie's lobster rolls or anything off the Prime Grill menu all at one restaurant, either walk-up or at the drive-thru.

Now open: 35 new restaurants and bars in metro Phoenix

The locations at Signal Butte and Guadalupe roads in Mesa and Baseline Road and Hardy Drive in Tempe are expected to open in January 2024.

The location at 19th Avenue and Pinnacle Peak Road will open in spring 2024. Until then, an Angie's Prime Grill food truck will be on-site from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily.

Additionally, the existing Angie's Lobster at 43rd Avenue and Thunderbird will be fully converted to Angie's Prime Grill. The opening date will be Monday, Dec. 18. It will be the second Prime Grill location.
