Juno Temple isn’t a typical Midwestern housewife.

The “Ted Lasso” star leads “Fargo” Season 5, set in Minnesota and North Dakota in 2019. Temple plays Dorothy ‘Dot’ Lyon who is on the run from authorities despite setting up her perfect domestic bliss as a cover.

The official synopsis reads: North Dakota Sheriff “Roy Tillman” (Jon Hamm) has been searching for Dot (Temple) for a long time. A rancher, preacher and a constitutional lawman, Roy believes that he is the law and therefore is above the law. At his side is his loyal but feckless son, Gator (Joe Keery), who is desperate to prove himself to his larger-than-life father. Too bad he’s hopeless. So when it comes to hunting Dot, Roy enlists Ole Munch (Sam Spruell), a shadowy drifter of mysterious origin.

With her deepest secrets beginning to unravel, Dot attempts to shield her family from her past, but her doting, well-meaning husband Wayne (David Rysdahl) keeps running to his mother, Lorraine Lyon (Jennifer Jason Leigh), for help.

Dave Foley, Richa Moorjani, and Lamorne Morris also star.

Peabody and Emmy Award-winning executive producer Noah Hawley returns as showrunner/writer/director of the “Fargo” anthology series. Hawley produces through his production company 26 Keys, which leads the creative team of the latest all-new installment of the award-winning, true crime story.

Warren Littlefield (“The Handmaid’s Tale,” “The Old Man”), and his production company The Littlefield Company also serves as executive producer along with Steve Stark, Kim Todd, and “Fargo” film writers and director Joel and Ethan Coen.

Past iterations of “Fargo” have starred Chris Rock, Kristen Dunst, Jesse Plemons, Ben Whishaw, Jessie Buckley, and Timothy Olyphant. The IndieWire review for Season 4, which was set in the 1950s, called the series the “bleakest” installment yet. “‘Year Four’ emphasizes the burden placed on future generations to fix the mistakes of the past, while acknowledging that such an ask may be impossible to fulfill,” the review reads. “But as ‘Fargo’ reminds us, it’s always been like this. So we have to keep trying.”

“Fargo” is produced by MGM Television and FX Productions, with MGM Television serving as the lead studio and Amazon and MGM Studios Distribution overseeing international distribution.

“Fargo” premieres November 21 at 10 p.m. ET/PT on FX and will be available to stream next day on Hulu. Check out the trailer below.
