SCOTT PIANOWSKI: In 2020, the big New England fantasy question is what do we do with Julian Edelman? He steps into an age 34 season, and Tom Brady, who he always had a great mind meld with, he's off to Tampa Bay. Now we have Jared Stidham in at quarterback. We have no idea how good Stidham will be, and there's a certainly a significant downside there.

I'd rather be a year early than a year late with a player like Edelman as he steps into his age 34 season. Keep in mind even the good old days with Edelman maybe weren't that great. He only played three full seasons out of 10. He's only been more than a 6 touchdown guy in one season. Never made a Pro Bowl.

I want to switch to upside in the middle of my draft, and I'm looking at some of these second-year receivers, like a Darius Slayton, a Diontae Johnson, a Hollywood Brown. They're the guys I'm going to target when Edelman is available. If you want to hit a single, middle of your draft, if you already have a ton of upside, that's fine. But generally, to me, Julian Edelman is a fantasy fade in 2020.
