Farrah Abraham's fans have spotted what appears to be a slightly embarrassing fail. The former "Teen Mom OG" star made headlines yesterday for visiting deceased baby daddy Derek Underwood's grave with 10-year-old daughter Sophia.

While yesterday's headlines were already seeing Farrah slammed via the post shared to Sophia's Instagram account, today's slamming is appearing right on the 28-year-old's feed.

Derek Underwood died on December 28, 2008. The date appears correctly on the tombstone seen in Farrah's grave video, but Farrah's Instagram caption missed the mark – and her fans have been noticing it.

Farrah also managed to get 9/11 wrong this year, calling it "7/11."

Farrah shared a long caption in commemoration of the man who fathered her child (and died behind the wheel before Sophia was born).

"IN LOVING MEMORY OF DEREK UNDERWOOD , Such A blessed Day 12/28/2009," she wrote.

"For 11 years I’ve been through a broken heart, depression, Bereavement , and keeping strong for Sophia who so deserves the world, I plan to share a full video on YouTube- in loving memory of Daddy Derek you have touched so many and are truly special , loved and never forgotten . Rain, Snow or Shine we love you ❤️ For the teen mom widows, children whom never met their fathers, and moms against drunk driving and those who have lost those they loved thank you for sharing your stories over the years it’s meant the world," Farrah added.

Instagram Is Confused (And Kinda Mad)

Responses to Farrah's post did mostly send the star love and understanding.

"Rest in peace," one fan wrote, with another simply saying "ty for this."

More bead-eyed fans have been picking up on the caption, though.

"But didn't he pass away in 2008?? Not 200?" one fan asked.

"Yes, I screenshot it and zoomed in just to make sure. Definitely says 2008," a user replied.

"She's just not a smart human," another fan added.

Fans had already been spotting the mistake over on Sophia's account yesterday.

Gets Worse, Given That Farrah Said '11 Years' Since 2009

Derek Underwood has been gone for 11 years – precisely because he died in 2008. By Farrah's dates, though, the gap from 2009 to 2019 would only be ten years.

"11 years since 2009? 10," one fan bluntly told the star.

"I'm no mathematician but surely it he died in 2009 it is his 10yr anniversary and not 11?" another added.

"I though he died in 2008? She didn’t even get the date right smdh" was yet another comment pointing out Farrah's mistake.

Fans Lose Respect, Accuse Derek Of Drink & Drive Death

Some of the most-liked comments left to Farrah's post straight-up seemed to see users losing respect for Farrah and Derek.

"Don't drink and drive. Own stupid fault," one fan wrote, with over 50 users agreeing.

"He was drinking and driving when he lost control of his car and also killed his friend, so tragic" was a comment racking up over 70 likes.

Derek died while driving with two friends. He and friend Zachary Men were both killed with a bottle of vodka found at the scene. Derek was determined to have been drink driving, although it should be noted that his blood alcohol wasn't above the legal limit.
