Kevin Costner and Jewel were one of the most shocking couples to come out of 2024, especially since Costner made headlines for months over his contentious divorce from Christine Baumgartner. Things started to heat up after they were pictured packing on the PDA in Dec 2023, and since then, fans have been itching to know more about their dynamic. We do know that they’re having fun together, and that Costner may have dropped some money on a guitar gift for Jewel. But there’s one thing fans are convinced that happened this past weekend.
So, did Costner and Jewel just spend this major holiday together? Fans are convinced they celebrated the beginning of 2024 together for one simple reason: they were both in Colorado over New Year’s Eve weekend.

Jewel was in Telluride, Colorado, performing a charity show for the organization, Inspiring Children, while Costner was seen in Aspen, Colorado, with a group of friends. No outlets reported exactly why he was in Colorado, but DailyMail suggested that the two may have spent New Year’s together since they were both in Colorado.
While Telluride and Aspen are a four-hour drive apart, this detail does have people speculating. Costner does have an impressive property in Aspen, among other places per People, so it makes more sense why he’s there. And even though Jewel was in town, she mainly resides in Texas. So could they have rendezvoused in Aspen? Potentially!
Either way, we hope their romance is making them happy in 2024!
For those who don’t know, the two confirmed their romance when photos of them cuddling together were leaked to TMZ in early Dec 2023, after musings of them flirting at an island getaway surfaced in Nov 2023. Since then, they’ve kept their romance on the down low, but insiders have discussed that their friends are over the moon about the possible serious relationship.
