Some Fans are Convinced Kate Middleton is Pregnant With Baby Number Four
As Kate Middleton has grown more accustomed to her role inside the royal family, she's only grown more confident and more popular. Even as she's grown more popular, the Duchess of Cambridge has also become a mother to three young children.
Now, some royal fans have started to speculate that the upcoming year could bring the announcement of another child with it. In fact, they think the two have already been hinting at the revelation for quite a stretch of time.

Some sources close to the royal family have claimed that Middleton is ready to have her fourth child. Given the gap between each of her first three children, the timing seems about right for a fourth child.
During her first three pregnancies, Middleton quite famously suffered from fairly severe morning sickness that kept her debilitated during the early months. Still, it's likely that Middleton would be willing to manage that if it meant adding to her and William's already large family.
Some royal watchers think that the Duchess may already be pregnant with her fourth child. She has yet to be hospitalized, as she was for her first three pregnancies, but when she stepped out in black-tie event with a floor-length gown, some fans picked up on a subtle clue that she may be expecting.
At several points throughout the evening, Kate was seen holding her stomach in a way that she has done fairly often during her previous three pregnancies.
Most of the photos released from the event also showed Kate from the shoulders up. These could just be coincidences, and if Kate is pregnant, she's very early on in her term. Even so, it doesn't take much to get the royal rumor mill going.
Given the occasionally trying year that the royal family has had, they would probably welcome a new royal baby with open arms. It will give them all something to be excited about amidst the rumors of feuds and controversies.
Kate is already the mother to three children, which she began having with William shortly after their marriage. Prince George was born in 2013, followed by Princess Charlotte in 2015 and Prince Louis in 2018.
All accounts that William and Kate both love parenting, and greatly enjoy being around children. Their family is in-line for the monarchy in the decades to come, and like Queen Elizabeth before her, Kate seems ready and willing to have at least four children in her family.
