Much like the recipients of overdue mail, we've been waiting a long time. POstables fans will be thrilled to hear that Hallmark has two new Signed, Sealed, Delivered movies in production now.

Thirteen movies in the feel-good mystery franchise have aired since 2013, feeding us a steady stream of poignant stories surrounding undelivered mail at the Dead Letter Office. Fans have been waiting since 2021 for the next installment.

Intrepid post-office detectives Oliver, Shane, Rita, and Norman—aka the POstables—will once again be played by Eric Mabius, Kristin Booth, Yan-Kay Crystal Lowe, and Geoff Gustafson. The Signed, Sealed, Delivered franchise was created by Touched by an Angel executive producer Martha Williamson.

“The enduring support from our ‘POstable’ fans over the past 11 years has been our constant motivation and inspiration,” Williamson stated in a press release. “They have waited so long for another chapter in the lives of their beloved Dead Letter family, all the while continuing to keep the flame alive with podcasts, posts, and even in-person gatherings throughout the country.”

The first new movie, A Tale of Three Letters, will air sometime in 2024. The press release doesn't clue us in to much of the plot, except to say that a trio of undelivered letters will have "a surprising, personal impact on all of them" and that Oliver and Shane will "grapple with finding their footing as a married couple." In 2025, To the Moon and Back will send the POstables on a road trip "to not only find the recipient of a lost letter, but to track down a rock star who holds the keys."

There's no word on exactly when the next movie will be released, but we suspect there's time for a refresher in the meantime. You can watch the last installment, The Vows We Have Made, on Hallmark Movies Now and other streaming services.
