To many more years of fun, laughter and hijinks!

Family Guy is celebrating its milestone 25th anniversary during PaleyFest LA on Friday, April 19. Series lead, producer and creator Seth MacFarlane joined fellow castmates Alex Borstein, Mila Kunis and Seth Green as well as producers Danny Smith, John Rich Appel, Alec Sulkin and Kara Vallow at the event, which is set to feature a live table read and much more.

To mark the momentous occasion, PEOPLE has an exclusive look at the sizzle reel, looking back on 25 years of Family Guy and highlighting clips from the last 22 seasons.

The fun-filled video kicks off with Peter Griffin (voiced by MacFarlane) informing his wife Lois Griffin (voiced by Borstein) that he's just returned from grocery shopping.

Instead of being grateful for his small gesture, Lois explodes, hurling herself at him and saying, "I've got one thing in this lifetime. One thing!"

The clip then shows some of Family Guy's most iconic gags, from the Evil Monkey living in Chris Griffin's (voiced by Green) closet to neighbor Cleveland Brown's (formerly voiced by Mike Henry, now Arif Zahir) home being demolished by one of Peter's many shenanigans as he's taking a bath.

Other memorable scenes included in the visual are Brian Griffin and Stewie Griffin (both voiced by MacFarlane) disagreeing over the correct pronunciation of "Cool Whip."

From dead frogs and accidental injuries to house fires and a nude Brian riding a dolphin, the show's most hilarious moments are featured in the clip before it closes with the show's iconic theme song.

Family Guy made its Fox debut in January 1999. The series was later canceled by the network after two seasons. However, it eventually returned to Fox in 2001 following its popularity in DVD sales and reruns. The animated comedy began airing episodes from its 22nd season in October 2023.

"It's still surviving and thriving," MacFarlane, 50, told TheWrap in January. "It still has a sizable audience and is a perfect example of there being an appetite for something. So we continue to feed the beast."

Addressing the show's future, MacFarlane added: "There's no indication that the show is going to end any time soon."
