'Family first': Kirk Douglas, 102, poses for sweet family photo featuring four generations

It runs in the family.

Kirk Douglas, 102, posed alongside the expanding Douglas clan in a picture shared on Instagram Monday by his grandson Cameron, the eldest son of Michael Douglas.

In the sweet family photo, a sunglasses-wearing Kirk sits at the head of the table near his wife of 65 years, Anne Buydens, 100. Michael, Catherine Zeta-Jones and their two children – son Dylan, 19, and daughter Carys, 16 – are also pictured.

In the farthest right corner, Cameron holds his 19-month-old daughter Lua with girlfriend Viviane Thibes, representing the fourth generation of the Douglas family.

Cameron captioned the post with the hashtag #Familyfirst.

In December, the family paid tribute to their patriarch on their respective Instagram accounts.

"Happy 102nd birthday to the most beautiful man. We love you Kirk," Zeta-Jones captioned a slideshow of family photos and videos, while Carys wrote: "102 years young. to my inspiration, my pappy. i can't put into words how much you mean to me."

Cameron added, "Happy Birthday to a gentleman’s gentlemen, with a true heart of gold.

We Love you Pappy!"

A month earlier, Kirk attended his son Michael's Hollywood Walk of Fame ceremony along with Zeta-Jones and Cameron.

"It means so much to me, Dad, that you’re here today,” an emotional Michael said, fighting tears. "Thank you for your advice, inspiration, and I’ll say it simply and with all my heart: I’m so proud to be your son."
