The Fallen haunt Marvel's Chinese Avengers: Endgame poster
Until now, Avengers: Endgame posters have only featured those who survived The Snap, but a new one-sheet designed for release in China features the ghostly presence of The Fallen.
The surviving heroes are all featured at the top, while those who turned to ash are featured below in shadow. Yes, Letitia Wright’s Wakandan tech genius Shuri is among them, but curiously, Tom Hiddleston’s trickster Loki is not.
He was featured in black and white, denoting The Fallen, in a series of character posters this week, but since he was killed by Thanos long before The Snap, perhaps that’s why he isn’t standing among them in this image.
Disney president of marketing Asad Ayaz (who is well worth the follow, by the way) shared the poster Thursday on Twitter.
The survivors group includes the first new look at Tessa Thompson as Valkyrie, who will be joining the effort to undo the damage done by the Mad Titan in Infinity War.
Avengers: Endgame opens April 26.
