PANAMA CITY — Spooky season is here, and soon local streets will be lined with eager trick-or-treaters. Here's what we know about the upcoming holiday.

Are there suggested trick-or-treat hours?

Bay County, Panama City and Panama City Beach do not have suggested trick-or-treat hours for Oct. 31, while Lynn Haven Does. It will host festive activities, including carnival games and trunk or treat, from 5:30-8 p.m. at Sharon J. Sheffield Park, 901 Ohio Ave.
