Facebook has made a new update regarding the back button on posts, and it is leaving social media users extremely upset.
Fans are taking to Reddit, and other social media platforms to express their frustrations with the new updated feature, as many are asking "What the f--- Facebook?"

Facebook recently changed their "back button settings" and now if users attempt to click the back button, it won't take them out of someone's post. Instead, users have to scroll back up and use the "Facebook back button", leaving many fans pissed off.
The discussion started after one user took to Reddit to ask others if they were the only one having this issue with the back button.
"Tried to use Facebook this morning, and if I go to, say a post or photo, if I click the back button, it does nothing!," the user wrote, adding, "I have to click the back on the top left of the app, which I've never had to use before, and it's so annoying. It's like it did a big update!"
Fans immediately replied to the post, saying they were also having issues with the back button, especially on mobile devices.
"I seriously thought something was going on with my phone until I started looking around on reddit about this. Wtf Facebook...," one user commented on the post.
While another user is hoping it's just a "bug", commenting, "Let's just hope it's a bug and gets resolved soon."
Fans Complain About Facebook's Latest Update
The comments continue pouring in on X, the social media platform formerly known as Twitter, regarding Facebook's latest update.
" Fix your stuff. Ppl can't check their notifications and use the back button. You're forced to close all if your apps!," one user wrote, angrily.
