Explosive Midseason Finale on ‘Quantico’
On the midseason finale of Quantico Sunday, Alex found out who framed her. While looking for a bomb, Alex discovered a detonation remote taped to Simon’s hand. Simon said he was being framed. Alex and her FBI friends were skeptical at first, but soon learned that he was telling the truth.
The gang determined that Elias had set up Alex and was involved in a current bomb threat, but he was merely a pawn, rather than the mastermind, which he proved by jumping out of a window to avoid repercussions.
In the surprise ending, the FBI defused the bomb, only to learn of another across the street, which detonated. Who survived the explosion? We’ll have to wait ’til the show returns next spring.
Quantico airs Sundays at 10 p.m. on ABC.
