Model and mom-to-be Chrissy Teigen isn’t exactly known for her take on healthy food. But her new cookbook, Cravings: Recipes For All the Food You Want to Eat, has a few gems that shouldn’t go unnoticed among the “spicy, salty, crunchy, juicy, oozy” recipes in the book (like this cheesy tuna casserole her hubby John Legend made for her when she was sick).

Sandwiched between chapters called “Soupmaster” and “Noodles and Carbs” is a charming little chapter called “Salads (For When You Need Them).” That’s where Teigen places recipes including a cobb salad that “gets me more Instagram likes than my boobs” and a ramen salad that she discovered at a party for her niece’s baptism in Iowa that’s basically just Cup Noodles marinated in lemon juice and vinegar. “I CAN’T EXPRESS HOW HAPPY THIS SALAD MAKES ME,” she writes about that one.

This Sriracha Caesar is her spin on a dish that she’s had in every country she’s traveled to. “I feel confident in saying that the twist of spice makes this the best Caesar salad I have ever, ever had.” And, she tells us that “beautiful salads” tend to score tons of “likes” on her foodie Instagram. So, you should probably try this one:
