Haley Pullos, who played General Hospital‘s Molly from July 2009 until May 2023, has been sentenced to three months in jail after pleading no contest to one of the charges against her — DUI causing bodily injury — stemming from her involvement in an April 2023 car crash.

TMZ reports that after completing her 90 days of jail time, Pullos will be placed on five years probation and have to perform 200 hours of community service. The 25-year-old actress will also have her driver’s license suspended for a year.

Last June, Pullos was charged with one felony count of DUI causing injury, one felony count of driving with a .08 BAC or higher, and one misdemeanor count of hit-and-run, after her car jumped over a Pasadena freeway barrier into oncoming traffic, leading to a head-on collision with another car. Edibles and mini bottles of tequila were reportedly found in her car by police, who determined that she had been driving under the influence.

TMZ reports that per the terms of Pullos’ plea deal, the other two charges detailed above were dropped. TVLine has reached out to Pullos’ representatives for comment.

The April 2023 car accident/aftermath led to Pullos stepping away from her role on General Hospital, with Holiday Mia Kriegel being the first of several to fill in as Molly Lansing-Davis. Kristen Vaganos has played the character since September.

GH star Nancy Lee Grahn, who plays Alexis Davis, spoke out via X on the sentencing of her onetime TV daughter, saying, “As Haley’s TV mom I can tell some truths about her as I’ve loved her since she was little girl. She made a HUGE mistake, knows it, owns it & has spent the last yr doing EVERYTHING imaginable to take responsibility 4 it.”

This January, Pullos was sued by the driver with whom she collided, and who was rushed to a hospital that night in critical condition. In court documents obtained by People.com, Pullos denied “generally and specifically each and every allegation” made in said suit.
