Ewan McGregor and Wife Mary Elizabeth Winstead Spend Christmas with His Ex-Wife and Daughters

The actor's eldest daughter Clara shared pictures from their festivities on Instagram

Ewan McGregor spent Christmas with his large blended family, including wife Mary Elizabeth Winstead and his ex-wife Eve Mavrakis.

The actor, 52, celebrated with his daughters — Clara, Esther, Jamyan, and Anouk — whom he shares with Mavrakis, 57, as well as son Laurie, whom he shares with Winstead. Clara, 27, captured the family festivities in an Instagram post.

The post included a sweet image of Clara and her dad making silly faces in the kitchen. In another photo, Winstead wore a plain black t-shirt as she posed with Mavrakis and her daughters. Mavrakis and McGregor finalized their divorce in April 2020, following 22 years of marriage.

While Clara made headlines in July 2018 after calling Winstead "a piece of trash" online, she later said, "It wasn't the most mature way to go about things," and shared a sweet Instagram tribute to Winstead and Mcgregor's son Laurie after his birth in June 2021.

Winstead and Mcgregor tied the knot in April 2022. A source told PEOPLE at the time that the ceremony was "a small wedding for family and close friends."

"They had an outdoor ceremony. It was lovely and joyful. The menu was farm-to-table. They are an adorable couple. They are pretty low-key and like their canyon life. They often hike and go to the beach," the source added.

After Winstead role in Ahsoka was announced, the Obi-Wan Kenobi actor told Entertainment Tonight that he was excited about sharing the Star Wars universe with his wife.

"She doesn't need any advice from me, but it was kind of cool that when it came up and she was starting to think about it — we thought it was amazing to both be in this world together," he told the outlet in May 2022.

"It's something that will [always] be with us. It's not something that ever goes away," he added. Earlier this month, McGregor spoke to PEOPLE about teaming up with her husband for the upcoming Paramount+ series A Gentleman in Moscow.

"Sometimes, especially when you have kids, just to have the opportunity to get to be together and not be in separate places — the gratitude that comes with that elevates the experience even more, because you're just so grateful to get to be in the same place at the same time," she said. "And beyond that, we just love acting together. I can't imagine a more fun partner to get to do that with, so it's great."
