The 40-year-old Poosh founder recently got candid on her lifestyle website about co-sleeping with her children and the one item that gave her "peace of mind" when it came to raising her newborns.

"As a new mom, I did my research to explore the benefits of co-sleeping and how I could most safely continue to co-sleep in my bed.
