The Curse finale event

Emma Stone, Nathan Fielder and Benny Safdie attended a finale event for their A24 and Showtime series in Los Angeles on Monday.

Echo premiere

The latest Marvel series debuted in Los Angeles on Monday with stars Alaqua Cox, Chaske Spencer, Tantoo Cardinal, Devery Jacobs, Zahn McClarnon, Cody Lightning, Graham Greene and Vincent D’Onofrio.

Lift premiere

Netflix hosted the premiere of Lift, starring Kevin Hart, Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Úrsula Corberó, Billy Magnussen, Jacob Batalon, Jean Reno and Sam Worthington, in New York on Monday.

Governors Awards

The Board of Governors of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences held the 14th Governors Awards on Tuesday when honorary awards were presented to Angela Bassett by Regina King, Mel Brooks by Matthew Broderick and Nathan Lane and Carol Littleton by Glenn Close. The Jean Hersholt Humanitarian Award was also presented to Michelle Satter by Ryan Coogler and Chloé Zhao.

True Detective: Night Country premiere

Jodie Foster walked the carpet in support of the latest installment of True Detective on Tuesday in Los Angeles.

Masters of the Air premiere

Executive producers Steven Spielberg and Tom Hanks joined stars Austin Butler, Callum Turner and Barry Keoghan at the L.A. premiere of the Masters of the Air on Wednesday.

W Magazine party

Editor-in-chief of W Magazine, Sara Moonves, along with W’s editor-at-large, Lynn Hirschberg, hosted the publication’s annual Best Performances Party on Friday night at the Chateau Marmont. Partygoers included 2024 Best Performance cover stars Margot Robbie, Da’Vine Joy Randolph, Nicolas Cage and Colman Domingo, as well as W Best Performances portfolio feature stars Taraji P. Henson, Julia Garner, Barry Keoghan, Callum Turner and Franz Rogowski.

Golden Globe Foundation Dinner

The Golden Globe Foundation presented $5 million worth of grants to 96 organizations through its philanthropic program on Jan. 5, with an event hosted by Aja Naomi King and Eva LaRue. Presenters included Erica Ash, Eugenio Derbez, Jon Hamm, Diane Warren, Renata Notni, Taylor Zakhar Perez and Da’Vine Joy Randolph.

Vanity Fair and Amazon MGM Studios party

Reese Witherspoon, Martin Scorsese, Lily Gladstone, Guillermo del Toro, Natasha Lyonne, Amber Ruffin and Karen Pittman were among the stars at Apple’s awards season party on Saturday.

The Art of Elysium Heaven Gala

The Art of Elysium, a non-profit organization with a focus on healing and inspiring through art, hosted its 2024 Heaven Gala in Los Angeles on Saturday, where Neil Gaiman was honored with The Visionary Award. Joseph Gordon-Levitt,  Joe Manganiello, Jon Hamm, Patton Oswalt, Jason Segel, Beck, Malin Akerman and Patricia Arquette were among the attendees.
