Eva Mendes is joking about Ryan Gosling's onscreen romance with Emily Blunt in their new movie.

On May 16, Mendes, 50, shared an image of her partner Gosling, 43, kissing Blunt, 41, in promotional material for The Fall Guy on Instagram to tout the movie as "the FIRST non super hero movie to open the summer box office in 17 years," as her caption reads.

"And maybe it didn’t break the box office but it broke sooo many other records. I’m extra proud of this one," she wrote, adding, "The proof is in my post-I don’t usually post pics of my man kissing a babe but Emily Blunt is just that damn good in it. THEY’RE that damn good in it."

Mendes, who has been in a relationship with Gosling since 2011, additionally shared posts from X, formerly Twitter, written by fans who complimented Gosling's performance in The Fall Guy.

Blunt recently spoke to how she maintains chemistry with her costars for different movies, even when she does not particularly like the person. In an April 30 appearance on The Howard Stern Show, the host asked, "Have you wanted to throw up" while kissing a costar oncamera, to which she replied, "Absolutely. Absolutely."

"I wouldn't say it's sort of extreme loathing, but I've definitely not enjoyed some of it," she said.

Blunt also took a moment during the segment to note that Gosling is an actor she enjoys working with. “I love his wife, Eva. I love their children, and I feel like I’m very lucky to be friends with a gem of a person like him," she said.
