The Penny Dreadful star is no stranger to rocking some incredible looks on the red carpet, and, without fail, knows how to rock a daring velvet look. That same rule applied during the Les Trois Mousquetaires : Milady (also known as The Three Musketeers: Milady) premiere at the Cinema Le Grand Rex. On Dec 10, 2023, Green turned heads by rocking a dark gown that’s perfect for making a statement at holiday parties. See the photos below:
As you can see, Green looks like a goddess in this emerald, velvet Elie Saab gown from the brand’s Fall 2023 collection. To top off the gorgeous look, Green donned a series of statement jewelry pieces such as jeweled, chunky rings, an upside-down moon necklace, and gold and silver earcuffs. As for the makeup, Green rocked a copper and brown smokey eye, which she paired with a dusty pink lip color and bronzed cheeks.
As British Vogue pointed out, Green’s style has become synonymous with the “baroque” aesthetic, meaning she rocks deep colors, asymmetric designs, and highly decorative ensembles beautifully.
In a previous interview with British Vogue in 2019, Green talked about her edgy style, saying, “It’s wonderful to dress up for the red carpet…That said, I have to feel like myself in my clothes.” She added, “I always prefer a dress that feels original!”
