'Euphoria' Star Barbie Ferreira Shares Behind The Scenes Photos from HBO Finale

“Euphoria” breakout star Barbie Ferreira is giving fans a behind the scenes look at the filming of the finale.

Ferreira, who plays Kat on the HBO show, posted never-before-seen photos from the last episode.

The finale aired Sunday night, and without giving away spoilers, centered around the groups prom. Ferreira's character started a web cam earlier in the season and her story line came full circle last night.

In the photos she shared, she can be seen in character as Kat, wearing a dope red corset dress at the school prom.

She also wrote about the experience as a whole, “The past year of my life has been the most inspiring, prideful, challenging and profound time in my life and to @mistersamlev I am so thankful. To be able to immerse myself in work that I find incredibly groundbreaking is the most magical gift I have ever experienced and @euphoriahas evoked so many feelings in me throughout this year that I feel like I went through therapy boot camp lol. I literally can not express in words how I’m feeling right now and it’s been hard to do it throughout this time."

She continued, "My fat emo girl self wouldn’t be able to comprehend how a cast and crew could be so nurturing and kind. And I definitely wouldn’t be able to understand why out of thousands of people - why me?!?? I’ve been having that conversation with myself a lot and it’s been dawning on me how connected I am with everyone’s storyline. When rue googled can bipolar people tell they’re bipolar or when baby Jules was in a program- all these things strike cords in me that I never thought would be addressed again. This cast and crew is GENIUS. I am so thankful to the cast (who are young icons) who welcomed me and everyone with open arms and created a safe space to experiment and not be perfect all the time. I can not express to you how hard these people worked to make this show the insanity that it is.”

As the finale was about to air, Zendaya also shared her thoughts about the past eight weeks as the series became a sensation.

In her post, the actress wrote, “I have a lot to say, and I don’t know how to get it out, or even process these last 8 weeks but I’ll try. I’m so grateful for this show. For the beautiful family I’ve gained from it, for the self discovery and purpose I’ve found in it, and the people that we’ve been able to connect with and speak to through it. We spent months, hard months, pouring ourselves into something we love, and it was an honor to have done so beside so many insanely talented, extraordinary people.

Rapper Drake, who executive produced the show, was quick to respond to the post with “

Leonardo DiCaprio recently spoke about his love of the show on the red carpet for “Once Upon a Time in Hollywood”. He told a reporter “that show is amazing”.

Zendaya enjoyed the actor's support and retweeted the clip of Leo praising her show.
