Eugene Cordero Heads To ‘Kong: Skull Island’; Amiah Miller Joins ‘War For The Planet Of The Apes’

Eugene Cordero has booked a role in Legendary Pictures’ Kong: Skull Island. It centers on a man (Tom Hiddleston) who travels to the mythical island and home of the King of the Apes. A team of explorers ventures inside what they find to be quite a treacherous island. No details on Cordero’s role. A regular on Paul Fieg’s Yahoo series Other Space, Cordero this summer shot roles in Ghostbusters and Mike And Dave Need Wedding Dates. Recent TV credits include Parks And Recreation, Comedy Bang! Bang!, Kroll Show and Key And Peele. He is repped by Global Artists Agency, Principato Young and Ginsburg Daniels.

Amiah Miller is heading to a different film about rather large primates. The young actress has joined the cast of War For The Planet Of The Apes, the third installment of the rebooted series for 20th Century Fox. Details of her character and the plot are under wraps. Miller’s credits include Best Friends Whenever, Richie Rich and Henry Danger, and she next appears in the features House By The Lake and Lights Out — playing the younger version of Teresa Palmer’s character.
