ET Kicks Off Holiday Season With Vanessa Hudgens' 'Friendsgiving'

With Thanksgiving right around the corner, ET got the party started a little early with a special "Friendsgiving" invite from Vanessa Hudgens.

In the dining room, Hudgens defined the true meaning of "Friendsgiving" to ET's Kevin Frazier.

"Everyone loves Thanksgiving, because you get to have all the yummy foods, but it's kind of like with family that you don't choose, right?" Hudgens explained. "'Friendsgiving,' you actually get to choose who you want there."

And at the Hudgens' household, the holiday comes with a twist.

"We play Just Dance," Hudgens said. "We go crazy. It's so much fun."

Hudgens partnered with Just Dance 2017 to be on this year's "Friendsgiving" menu, and she showed Frazier how you can actually use your smartphone as a controller, making it easy for everyone to join in.

"And there's a lot of new music on it," Hudgens pointed out. "There's something for everyone."

The 27-year-old High School Musical alum can next be seen in the upcoming NBC comedy, Powerless. The show, also featuring Danny Pudi and Ron Funches, is the first comedy series set in the universe of DC Comics.

"I'm really excited," said Hudgens, who plays a non-superhero employee at Bruce Wayne's company. "I think that the cast is so funny. I think the show's going to be really funny. I'm just excited to have something up that I can share with my friends and my family to make them laugh."
