Firstly, your vet will ask about your cat’s symptoms. Secondly, your vet will ask about your cat’s full medical history. Specifically, this will include questions about the spaying process.

Thirdly, a full physical examination will be carried out. Also, blood and urine tests will be taken. Additionally, your cat’s hormone levels will be tested. Also, an ultrasound can highlight any remaining ovarian tissue.
