In one of the photos, Eric is seen standing next to Rebecca with one of their daughters on his shoulders. The family appear to be co-parenting while amid their ongoing divorce.

The two were married from 2008 until Rebecca filed for divorce in February 2018. Eric filed his response to the case days later. However, the case had no real movement with both sides dragging their feet.

The case had no real movement until June 2019, when the judge warned the two to move the divorce forward or risk it being dismissed. If the case was thrown out the two would remain legally married.

The divorce is still pending and no hearing dates have been set.

Earlier this year, Rebecca spoke to People about her relationship with Eric following the divorce. She told the outlet, “Well, here’s the thing, There’s a new normal for me and my family, as you know. And it’s taken us a little bit to get that down. Not going to lie, it hasn’t been easy. But I think what’s exciting is what’s ahead because there are so many different things that could happen now. I mean, we have so many options, and the good news is my kids are happy and healthy.”

She added, “My ex Eric and I, we are friends and we are doing our best to co-parent and maintain a family, even though we’re not married. Legally we’re still married, but separated,” she said. “And I think we’re doing a pretty good job of it. Life is just good. There are so many exciting things happening.”
