As Taylor Sheridan's TV empire grows at Paramount, so does his A-list casts. Special Ops: Lioness—the writer's latest CIA drama for the network (the man already holds the keys for Yellowstone, 1923, Tulsa King, and Mayor of Kingstown)—stars big names such as Zoe Saldaña, Nicole Kidman, and Morgan Freeman.

Following a CIA officer named Joe (Saldaña), the series focuses on a group of women in the agency's Lioness program. These special undercover agents embed themselves in criminal organizations and terrorist groups to gather information and perform special surveillance missions. It's a dangerous gig, and one that Joe (Saldaña) must hide from her husband Neil (Dave Annable). There's also Cruz (Laysla De Oliveira), a rookie Lioness operative and former Force Recon Marine who is just learning the ropes of the job.

Well, friends, the seventh episode certainly answered about half of the dozen-some questions we had about this show. Just in case you haven't caught up yet, we'll leave out spoilers here—and let you read our recap when you're ready. In the meantime, here's what you need to know as Lioness prepares to debut its season finale.

How Can I Watch Special Ops: Lioness?

For now, Special Ops: Lioness is only available to stream on Paramount+. With the network airing episodes of previously exclusive series like 1923 on network television (due to the SAG-AFTRA strike), it's possible that Special Ops may become available for non-subscribers in the future. Paramount already released the first six episodes of Lioness, with the season finale rolling out on September 3.

What Could Happen Next?

Well, we're breaking into finale-prediction territory. If you're performing CIA special ops, Majorca is a lot harder to deal with than Kuwait. Drone-striking Majorca, without Spain's involvement? Not happening. Cruz is also completely unaware of how much her life will be collateral damage—should things go haywire. She missed the first episode's opening scene, when a Lioness operative is blown sky-high because she failed to hide a incriminating tattoo. Meanwhile, Joe and Kaitlyn are both trying to figure out how to maintain their families at home. Joe's husband is wondering if he married a hitman and Kaitlyn's husband is into some dark money himself. Sorry, friends, it's a top-secret CIA program! Secrets never make things easy.

As for Lioness Season Two plans? Mum's the word. But what's a Taylor Sheridan jam without a little mystery?
