How to ensure you don’t miss Lightning or Rays TV coverage on Saturday

Bally Sports will broadcast the Rays and Lightning games back-to-back on Saturday. With the Rays opening a new season and the Lightning pushing for the playoffs, there is renewed interest in both teams.

Here’s how to ensure you don’t miss any of the television coverage, according to the network.

Both games, as well as complete pregame and postgame shows, will stream live in the Bally Sports app and at BallySports.com. Fans can access the streaming coverage by authenticating with their pay-TV credentials or subscribing to Bally Sports+, the direct-to-consumer streaming service within the Bally Sports app.

Bally’s coverage of the Rays game against the Toronto Blue Jays begins with the pregame show at 3:30 p.m., followed by the game at 4:10. Both will air in their entirety on Bally Sports Sun. The postgame show will be available on Bally Sports Sun for DirecTV and U-verse viewers. Cable viewers can access the postgame coverage via the Bally Sports app.

The Lightning’s 7 p.m. game against the New York Islanders will immediately follow the Rays game on Bally Sports Sun cable channels. Cable viewers can watch the pregame show, starting at 6:30, through the Bally Sports app. DirecTV (653-1) and U-verse (723/1723) viewers can find the complete Lightning coverage on Bally Sports Sun alternate channels.

If the Rays game is still going at 7 p.m., the Lightning game will be joined in progress for cable viewers. They can watch the full coverage through the Bally Sports app by authenticating through their TV provider credentials.

The Bally Sports app is available for download on most iOS devices, Android devices, Windows PCs and tablets. The app is also available on several TV and connected-device platforms; click here for a complete list.
