Emma Stone Has Sold Her Adorable Los Angeles Home for $4.3 Million — See Inside!

The 'Poor Things' star put her charming, Spanish-style house, located in L.A.’s Westwood neighborhood, on the market in January

Emma Stone has parted ways with her L.A. home just a few weeks after putting it up for sale.

The actress, 35, first listed her charming home in Comstock Hills, a private, gated community located in L.A.’s Westwood neighborhood, for $3.995 million at the end of January, PEOPLE reported at the time.

On Tuesday, PEOPLE confirmed she'd sold it for $4.3 million — just over $300,000 above the original asking price.

The sale marks another win for the star, who just took home a Golden Globe and Critics’ Choice Award for her movie Poor Things.

Fittingly, the star — who just depicted an aspiring HGTV host in The Curse! — recently renovated the Westwood residence, according to the listing, held by agent Eric Lavey of Sotheby’s International Realty's Beverly Hills brokerage.

Originally built in 1926, the newly rejuvenated 3,276 sq. ft. home boasts four bedrooms and four full bathrooms across two stories.

It also features a balcony, fireplace and charming bathroom complete with a classic, claw-foot tub, per the listing.

Photos show the home is far from cookie cutter, outfitted with colorful teal and pink upholstered seating and gallery walls filled with artwork.

Another highlight of the stunning, Spanish-style home is its kitchen. Filled with ample natural light, the room features double-height, vaulted ceilings, a vibrant range and a unique scalloped hood.

Also on the .15-acre L.A. property is a grassy front yard — from which a view of the city strip is visible — and a newly added guest house, per the listing.

Stone married her husband, comedian and writer Dave McCary in 2020, a source confirmed to PEOPLE at the time, and the pair share a 2½-year-old daughter, Louise Jean.

The La La Land star first met McCary while filming an episode of Saturday Night Live in December 2016. Stone and McCary's engagement announcement came three years later in December 2019 and featured a photo of them with Stone holding up her engagement ring, a pearl set in a diamond halo.
