Gotta love Eminem. The rapper responded to a 10-year-old British superfan, who has a prosthetic leg with Eminem’s face on it, in the sweetest way possible. Teejay Stainer, who calls Eminem (real name Marshall Mathers) his “hero,” received a signed copy of the Grammy-winning artist’s 2012 Recovery album as an ode to the recovery the little boy has made, his parents told the U.K.’s Daily Echo.
“To Teejay, I saw your pic and read your message! Thanks for the support!” Eminem wrote on the CD.
It all started when Teejay’s parents posted a photo of their son with his prosthetic leg covered with the rapper’simage to their Facebook account last month in the hopes that Slim Shady would see it.
“My name is Teejay Stainer from Andover England. I wear a prosthetic leg. These are my Eminem legs I’ve had made. My wish is for Eminem to see them. Thank you,” the adorable little boy’s note read.

Teejay’s parents told the Daily Echo they were “amazed” to receive Eminem’s package. They added that the rapper’s curse-filled lyrics don’t bother them, because their son “likes the tracks because of their meanings and we’ve never heard him swear.”
As for why Teejay is such a big fan of Eminem? His parents said it’s because Teejay says the rapper is someone that has come from nothing and made something of himself.” The 2002 film 8 Mile was loosely based on Eminem’s life and rise to fame.
