Elon Musk Adds EDM Artist to His Resume With New Soundcloud Track

Grimes continues to exert her influence on Elon Musk, as the Tesla and SpaceX chief is adding recording artist to his repertoire following the release of his latest dance music track.

The song, titled “Don’t Doubt ur Vibe,” hit Soundcloud late on Thursday night. You can judge for yourself if Musk should get an invite to Electric Daisy Carnival in Las Vegas this year.

Musk teased the song’s release for a few hours on Twitter, even changing his name to E “D” M and sharing pictures from the music studio.

The song isn’t the first song Musk has released, however. Last year his debut track, “RIP Harambe,” was shared on SoundCloud, dedicated to the gorilla that was shot 4 years ago when a toddler fell into his exhibit at the Cincinnati Zoo.

Musk’s push into music could have something to do with dating Grimes, who is set to release her latest album next month. His new song comes out after a nice streak of personal victories: he was found not guilty last month in his highly-publicized defamation case, and Tesla’s stock price has nearly tripled since June.
