Ellen DeGeneres struggles to control out-of-control BTS fans
The Korean boy band BTS visited The Ellen DeGeneres Show, and since their last visit, they’ve become so popular that Ellen had trouble hosting her show. The audience was filled with their fans, the BTS Army, and even occupied an entirely new section in the studio.
After two performances, BTS sat down with DeGeneres for an interview. Several times she tried to ask the band questions but was interrupted by their screaming fans. The show also released a behind-the-scenes video of BTS meeting with fans who were freaking out in her Riff Raff Room.
However, DeGeneres allowed the BTS members themselves to freak out. She had a staffer, dressed as a fan, jump out of her table and scare them.
