Ellen DeGeneres and the Montecito home she restored, currently listed for $46.5 million.Ellen DeGeneres is saying goodbye to yet another abode in the Santa Barbara, California area.
The former talk show host, who has purchased and sold multiple homes in Montecito in the past, has officially put her 11,530-square-foot home on the market for $46.5 million after purchasing it this past June.
Spanning across eight acres of land, the entire property consists of six unique quarters, including the main house, two guest houses, a pool house, art studio and staff office. It was built in 1919 and offers stunning views of both the Pacific ocean and surrounding mountains.
Additional luxuries located on the sprawling property include a wine cellar, pool, tennis court, private gardens and chardonnay vineyard.
