Elkhart County Parks photo contest winners announced

Jan. 23—GOSHEN — The Elkhart County Parks and Recreation Department announced the winners of its 44th annual photography contest on Monday.

With 74 entries, the department noted in a press release that competition was tight and judging was tough. All photos are on display in the Elkhart County Historical Museum until close on Feb. 4.
