Elizabeth Hurley and teenage son leave internet in disbelief over lookalike selfie: 'Who is who?'

Damian Hurley seems to be following in his famous mother's footsteps. With his bright blue eyes and enviable cheekbones, Damian bears an uncanny resemblance to mom Elizabeth Hurley, a fact that was further proven by the teenager's most photo on Christmas.

To celebrate the holiday, Damian, 17, posed alongside his mother for a garden selfie, with the duo matching in beanie hats.

"Happy christmas !! 🎄❤️" the teen captioned the Instagram photo, much to the delight of his 62,000 followers.

"The most beautiful mother son duo," wrote one fan.

"You guys are twinzees," said another, while one exclaimed, "Who is who?!"

Elizabeth, who shares Damian with media mogul Steve Bing, has opened up about her son's future in show business and his modeling pursuits.

"I took off the first eight years of his life from acting so I could be at home with Damian but it transpires that being on set is where he’s happiest," she said of his possible future in acting to The Daily Mail.

The teen is signed to the same agency as Elizabeth, Tess Management, and recently joined his 54-year-old mother for an Estée Lauder campaign to support breast cancer awareness. He's also dabbled in acting, having guest-starred on Elizabeth's show "The Royals."
