She made a big shift years ago by really trying to be mindful of what she was putting in her body. “I think one of the most transformative things that I’ve done is making 50 percent of what I eat vegetable matter,” she told The Sunday Times. “If you have a slice of toast for breakfast, have an apple too. Counteract everything with vegetables.”

She’s lucky not to have a sweet tooth, but Hurley can’t pass up the peanut butter. “I have one spoon, then another, and I’ve emptied the jar before you know it,” she joked. But the area that makes the biggest difference in her life is enjoying her beloved English garden. “The most relaxed I can ever be is if I go out into my yard and do some gardening,” she explained to E! News. “When I’m working in the yard, I’m stretching, I’m bending, and I find that’s good for both my mind and body.” So, go soak up those last days of summer, just like Hurley did.
