Elizabeth Hurley and Arun Nayar are ringing in 2024 together!

The actress, 58, and her ex-husband celebrated New Year's Eve by one another's side on Sunday, as seen in a photo shared by her son Damian Hurley.

In the snap, posted to Damian's Instagram Story, Hurley cozied up to Nayar, 59, in a long-sleeved bedazzled mini dress and silver stilettos, raising one arm in the air as she smiled for the camera. Leaning in for the photo op and flashing a smile, her businessman ex was dressed in a black suit.

"MAMA & DADDY," Damian, 21, wrote atop the photo, adding a heart-eyes emoji.

Hurley reposted the photo from her only child, whom she shares with late film producer Steve Bing. She and Nayar married in 2007, when Damian was 4 years old, and divorced in 2011.

Following her divorce from Nayar, Hurley told PEOPLE that she was "coping quite well."

“We’re all quite happy right now and trying to move forward," the Austin Powers actress added at the time, while attending the Harper’s Bazaar Fabulous at Every Age bash in April 2011.

Since then, she and Nayar have reunite multiple times, including for big milestones surrounding Hurley's son.

"Mama and Daddyo at graduation with mee❤️," Damian captioned a July 2022 photo of himself posing between Nayar and Hurley, all dressed to the nines.

In November 2022, Hurley spoke with PEOPLE exclusively about the idea of finding love later in life, amid the release of her romantic comedy Christmas in the Caribbean.

"We're really hoping there's a lot of people out there who identify with my character in this, who isn't your classic mid-20s [woman] looking for her first real love where they're going to get married and have kids and walk into the sunset," she said.

Hurley noted that while "those films are absolutely charming," Christmas in the Caribbean "isn't that, because this is someone who's been through life and it hasn't worked out for her and she really is worrying that she won't find her missing puzzle piece."

"So I think it gives hope and heart to people who are a little more mature but still want a happy ending," the actress and model added. "They still want a happily ever after."
