On Watch What Happens Live Tuesday, Elizabeth Hurley was asked about her relationship with Hugh Grant, with whom she amicably split in 2000 after 13 years together. Hurley told Andy Cohen, “Well, he remains my best friend to this day, but, I say this - he used to really annoy me, actually.
