Elizabeth Hurley’s bikini video reminds fans she’s all about the wellness lifestyle!

On Nov 17, the Christmas in Paradise star shared a compilation video during her trip to Chiva-Som resort during her trip to Thailand. She shared the video with the caption reading, “Another day of pampering at Chiva Som. This is Watsu – one of the best stretches I’ve ever had 🩷.”

In the compilation video, we see Hurley performing the aquatic bodywork known as Watsu, which is a massage practice where a physical therapist moves and massages their client in chest-deep warm water to truly feel the pain relief, per Healthline. And in the video, we see the Bedazzled actress rocking a plunging turquoise bikini, looking as stunning as always.

While we adore seeing her look confident and calm in her summery bikini ensemble, we especially love her wellness-based video. Hurley has shown her fans her wellness journey over the years, especially when she tore all the ligaments in her ankle in 2022.

She’s all about confidence, healing, and self-love, and in her previous interview with Women’s Health, she highlighted how much self-love has changed her entire life. “We always tend to put ourselves on the bottom of the priority list of what we have to do. And I think there is a real movement now to try to encourage women to value themselves and value their own health and wellbeing,” she said. “It’s not self-indulgent. It’s vital.”
