Kaling’s comedy “College Girls,” which centers on three 18-year-old freshman roommates at Evermore College in Vermont, has been given a 13-episode straight-to-series order. Per HBO Max’s description of the series, “these sexually active college girls are equal parts lovable and infuriating.
